Investigations: For every allegation that is made, there is another side to the story. Dan Corsentino & Associates will find the truth.
We will conduct all investigations within the boundaries of the law. The tools that will be used can range from simple digital recorded interviews to digital photography, video surveillance, electronic surveillance, human observation, social networking sites, decoy implementation plus more. Verbal briefings will be presented first to the client and then upon the request of the client written reports will be prepared based upon the information revealed or uncovered. All cases investigated will be defensible in a court of law and all cases will be confidential.
Dan Corsentino and Associates will assist legal counsel in the preparation for all criminal or civil trials. This includes sequential arrangement of all testimony, statement review, evidence validation, witness testimony, note documentation during trial, and final witness interviews.
